Shipping policy

Usually I will be able to send your orders the next day on weekdays, but to accommodate changes in order volume etc. shipments go out within three workdays.

Please be aware that if you choose untracked shipping options, while cheaper, I will not be responsible for lost shipments and won't offer to replace items.

Allow some time for tracking information to be updated before getting in touch about delays or problems with your shipment. It can take a while before your shipment gets scanned and the shipping company updates their data.

EU customers- Due to the General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) in the EU, I’m unable to offer my embroidery work to you for the time being. These regulations require me to have a representative within the EU. At this moment it is financially not viable for me to hire an agency. When I have grown my business, found a small business to collaborate with or in case the EU parliament adjusts their policies, I will add shipping to the EU. I’m sorry for the disappointment! 

US customers- Please be aware that at this time tariffs will be imposed on your goods and they are your responsibility. Shipments are sent DAP (delivered at place, which means you pay once the shipments has arrived in the US). At the moment I’m unable to offer shipping DDP (duties collected before shipping). I’m looking into options to make your order flow easier and get reasonable rates for you.
