I had this image in my head of a little dog proudly marching through the park in winter. Even if his nose hadn’t been lifted up high, his scarf was so big he could barely see where he was going. And it was so long, he stumbled over it every couple of steps…that’s how this little motif came to be.
Sasha’s colourful fur uses mosaic darning and his scarf is a knitted I-cord sewn into shape.
